Boat App monitoring system
With the Boat App monitoring system you can check remotely the status of your vessel.
Water ingress
For example you can check if there's water in the bilges. If you have a catamaran, you can monitor both hulls for water. If water is detected, the status tile will change to red as below, and you'll get an email notification that water is present.
Doors, Windows or any other On / Off status
You can also use door and window sensors to monitor if any of them is open or closed.
Battery status
Check the status of your batteries, if they are fully charged. With an extra sensor you can also monitor their temperature.

You can also see the progress of charge and discharge if you have for example a solar panel to recharge the batteries:
Wind forecast
You get also a quick overview of the wind and temperature forecast of where your boat is located.
Geolocation
The Boat App monitor uses a GSM connection to communicate, this is also used to estimate the location of the boat without the need of a GPS and therefore use the least battery possible.

There's of course the option to add a GPS module for higher accuracy and know always where your boat is within meters.
7 days historical data charts
It is good to know what is happening with your boat or catamaran right now but... how do you know systems are performing as they should?

For example the batteries are charging every day, or the dehumidifier is doing its work and bringing down humidity every night?
​
For this reason the Boat App adds 7 days records of what it has been happening for all of its monitor inputs, so you can understand a bit better what your yacht is doing when you are not looking.
​
Some examples of by default data that the Boat App collects: Atmospheric pressure, Temperature, Humidity and Battery status.
The Hardware needed for the Boat App
The Boat App hardware is extremely power efficient, consuming just a handfull of mAh to make sure your boat never runs out of battery.

All the data is transmited via GSM and mobile networks so you can access your boat status without any dial-ups, text, wifi or even logins.
